Ingredients
2
pieces of tuna, about 7 ounces (200 grams) each
Extra-virgin olive oil for sautéing
Salt to taste
3
tablespoons (50 grams) readymade pesto
3
tablespoons breadcrumbs,
lightly toasted
1
tablespoon pitted green olives,
minced
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Sauté the tuna in a small amount of oil.
Turn to brown on both sides and season lightly with salt.
Transfer the cooked tuna to individual plates.
Spread the pesto on top of the tuna.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then the minced olives.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately
