Sole Soup
  1. In a soup pot, sauté the garlic in some oil.
  2. As soons as the garlic soft, add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sole fillets, season with salt, and cook for 2 minutes more.
  4. Add about 2 cups (500 milliliters) water, bring to a boil, and cook the pasta in the soup.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, ladle the soup into serving bowls and top with minced parsley.
  6. Serve with toasted bread.
