Instructions
- Preheat a convection oven to 350° F (180° C).
- Line a jelly-roll pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange the tomatoes on the pan and season lightly with salt.
- In bowl mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, rosemary and thyme.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the tomatoes.
- Season with pepper and drizzle with a generous amount of oil.
- Bake until soft and charred in spots 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
