Instructions
- Sauté the tuna in a small amount of oil.
- Turn to brown on both sides and season lightly with salt.
- Transfer the cooked tuna to individual plates.
- Spread the pesto on top of the tuna.
- Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then the minced olives.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately
