Tuna with Olives and Pesto
  1. Sauté the tuna in a small amount of oil.
  2. Turn to brown on both sides and season lightly with salt.
  3. Transfer the cooked tuna to individual plates.
  4. Spread the pesto on top of the tuna.
  5. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then the minced olives.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately
